IPM8580CL Vision Board 2 is the matched secondary vision computing board supporting SAKI mainstream BF series AOI, paired with IPM-5542 Vision Board 1 to form the complete dual-layer vision system.

It adopts multiple Xilinx industrial FPGA chips to realize hardware acceleration of detection algorithms, greatly improving image calculation speed and effectively avoiding detection lag on high-speed production lines. The built-in signal isolation circuit resists workshop electromagnetic interference and greatly reduces false detection and missed detection rates.

Plug-and-play original replacement can solve equipment calculation stalling, detection result disorder, vision group communication failure, board hardware alarm and other common faults, rapidly restore AOI normal detection capacity.
