IPM-5542 Rev2 is the official standard Vision Board 1 for mainstream SAKI BF series AOI optical inspection equipment, installed inside the industrial host via PCIe slot.

Equipped with dedicated industrial FPGA chip for hardware acceleration, it supports stable high-speed synchronous image collection from multiple line-scan cameras, completes preliminary image denoising and signal shaping, effectively reducing image distortion and frame loss in high-speed scanning scenarios. With built-in surge protection and signal isolation circuits, it adapts to harsh workshop electromagnetic environment.

Original plug-and-play replacement can solve common faults such as equipment no image output, screen flicker, detection misjudgment, camera trigger failure and vision card hardware alarm, quickly restore normal detection function of production line AOI equipment.
